Nicole Pavlik founded Nicole Pavlik Law in 2013 with a clear ambition: to be the kind of estate planning attorney she would want for her own family. Calm in difficult moments, generous with explanations, and deeply prepared for every meeting.
Her path to the law began as a paralegal, where she watched firsthand how legal work either supports a family or talks past them. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, then her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Probate and Trust Section.
Nicole built the firm around proactive planning rather than adversarial practice. The work she does today, helping clients put a thoughtful plan in place, prevents the disputes other lawyers spend their careers untangling.

Outside the office, Nicole is the proud companion of three dachshunds, a lifelong golfer, and a long-distance runner who has completed twenty-seven half marathons.
