Most services are handled on a flat-fee basis. Below are starting fees for each. In the occasional circumstances I bill hourly, my rate is $350. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include filing or recording costs.

Every fee is quoted in writing before any work begins. The number you see is the number you pay. Fees do not include third-party filing or recording costs unless noted. A rush fee is available for all services.
